This doctrine is a play on the GSF Kiki/Bomber doctrine called "Sturmoviks". Sturmovik is my favorite whaling doctrine, so I decided to bring it to SF. I have adjusted a few fits and added a few more ships to make this doctrine more accessible to all pilots. You are 100% allowed to meta your guns, and anything else you need to in order to join fleet. Just make sure you are cap stable and move at least 900 m/s cold.
