EVE: Spectre Fleet

Doctrine

Fast pace, lightly tanked, high DPS and long-range Rail Thorax fleet Doctrine. Couple this with dictors and ceptors you have a nasty fleet, just keep moving and watch out for turbo blobs and mass cap drops! Depending on numbers you can deal with Marauders.

Slap Cat Sabre

Raider Thorax

Rail Thorax because why not!? Amazing range, cap injected in case of cap problems, not the best shield buffer but better than a corm, in effect a super corm.
