Base unlinked speed is a minimum of 625m/s across the fleet - train Acceleration Control otherwise.
Minimum fleet comp: 15x DPS / 2x LINKS / 4x LOGI / 4x SPT Roles (bubble/bwoosh/recon/& scout/tackle)
